1. How to Lodge a Complaint

2. Network Complaints

Please note: If your complaint is about your mobile signal, broadband speed, or billing, you must contact your network provider directly, as Media Max Pvt LTD does not manage these services.

3. Resolution Timeline

We aim to respond to all complaints within 5 working days and resolve them within 28 days.
